PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embossed paper product excellent in flexibility, absorptivity, mechanical strength, texture, sanitary aspect, appearance, etc. SOLUTION: This embossed paper product is such that the central part or the whole surface of the roll is provided with a 1st emboss and each of the edges of the roll is provided with an edge emboss; wherein it is characteristic that the respective emboss patterns of the 1st emboss and the edge emboss represent dot arrangements and the ratio of the pitch(es) in the machine direction(MD) and/or machine cross direction(CD) of the 1st emboss to the pitch(es) in the MD and/or CD of the edge emboss is set to be m:n (m and n are each a positive integer) and/or m':n' (m' and n' are each a positive integer). |
