摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a controller for correcting the quantity of light of an LED element provided with a plurality of constant current sources in which print results having excellent print quality are provided with no variation using different correction data for the plurality of constant current sources. SOLUTION: An EEPROM stores correction data of the quantity of light for yellow(Y), magenta(M), cyan(C) and black(B) wherein the correction data of the quantity of light is different between constant current sources 25 and 26 for driving an LED element 29 and thereby correction data 30 and 31 is used. The correction data represents correction coefficients set in accordance with the current/quantity of light characteristics, e.g. correction coefficients matching the characteristics of an LED element corresponding to a constant current source 25 supplying a large current to the correction data 30, and the correction data 31 represents correction coefficients matching the characteristics of an LED element corresponding to a constant current source 26 supplying a small current to the correction data 31. According to the arrangement, print processing can be carried out with no variation.</p>
