PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent bag for filing instrument, which secures a sufficient opening and prevents the interference between a document and a filing instrument in the transparent bag. SOLUTION: The transparent bag for filing instrument, provided with an opening, opened at one side among four sides, and with holes for filing, which are opened along another one side, is provided with fusion welding part at the inserting side of paper at the inner side of the holes for filing while the fusion welding part is formed at a position apart from the opening for inserting the paper toward the outside end, positioned at the outer side than the filing holes.
