CAP WITH PRESSURE VALVE FOR RADIATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a cap with a pressure valve capable of simplifying the shape of a water supply filler neck for a metal radiator tank. SOLUTION: A cap body 8 comprises a lower member 4 formed in a cylindrical shape separately from an upper member 2 and having an inner flange shape valve seat part 3 at lower end part inner circumference thereof and fixed to the upper member 2 at upper part side thereof, and a seal material 7 fitted on outer circumference of the lower member 4 or the upper member 2 and liquid-tightly sealing a contact surface with the filler neck 6 provided at upper end part of the radiator tank 5. The cap with a pressure valve is provided with a pressurizing valve 10 installed in the cap body 8 to be pressed into contact with the valve seat part 3 through a pressurizing spring 9 and a negative pressure valve 11 located at a center part of the pressure valve 10, and has the cap body 8 inserted in the filler neck 6 and fixed with a locking means not to come off under a condition that the lower member 4 is fixed on the upper member 2.
