PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for compensating and correcting the warpage of a scan line of an optical scanning system. SOLUTION: A heating element 100 compensates and corrects the warpage of a scan line 122 of an optical scanner by regulating the curvature of a cylindrical mirror for shaking correction. Electric current is impressed through the heating element to the mirror along the one side of the mirror, by which the mirror is curved in a longitudinal direction with respect to the beam of a transverse direction and the warpage of the scan line with respect to the single beam is regulated. The warpage of the scan line with respect to the plural beams can also be made nearly equal.
