PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the varying of a vibration control performance by giving the control power to restrain a vibration even without detailed analyzing the structure of an object to be controlled, even if a structure changes during the movement of an object to be controlled. SOLUTION: This equipment has the actuator 6 acting on the structure and eliminates the vibration of structure 1 by giving the control action absorbing the vibration of the structure 1 through driving this actuator 6 to the structure. This control action is equivalent to the control action based on the online calculation of the primary wave motion propagation system constructed into the computer and the control rule using the wave absorption condition of the primary wave motion propagation system.
