PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor plate having excellent caster resistance and water resistance as a woody floor plate to be used for a flooring or the like of a house or a store and capable of reducing a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The floor plate comprises a decorative sheet 6 adhered on a surface of a woody base plate 4. The base plate has a rear surface material 8 having a specific gravity of 0.2 to 0.6 and a thickness of 0.4 to 1.2 mm, an intermediate material having a specific gravity of 0.6 to 1.0 and a thickness of 1.0 to 2.0 mm, and a front surface material 12 having a specific gravity of 0.8 to 1.2 and a thickness of 0.4 to 1.2 mm to be laminated.
