PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a packaging container at lower cost than the conventional case. SOLUTION: This packaging container 100 is releasably accommodated in another container 200 and assembled from a blank 100A. The packaging container 100 includes a bottom wall 10, side walls 20 and 30, end walls 40 and 50, and top covers 60 and 70. In an assembled state, tongue pieces 21 and 31 are projected from the bottom wall 10, tongue pieces 11, 42, 52, and 63 from the side wall 20, tongue pieces 12, 43, 53, and 71 from the side wall 30, and tongue pieces 22 and 32 from a top cover 60. When accommodated in the other container 200, the ends of the tongue pieces are brought into contact with spaces at corresponding parts of the inside surface of the container 200.
