<p>In the present invention, there is disclosed an analysis and/or testing method of complementary structures or behavior of substances comprising adsorbing or applying molecules or other structural formations of substances to the surface of a measuring electrode, wherein said surface changes or is left unchanged by a controlled method and in predetermined intervals whereupon this surface is decreased or changed by controlled method and in a predetermined mode. Changes of physical-chemical or electrochemical parameters of intermediate phases of the measuring electrode surface are then registered, evaluated or recorded in dependence on time or other predetermined quantities. The obtained dependences are then used for assessment of mutual complementarity or degree of complementarity of the present supermolecular or other structures to properties, concentration and/or behavior of the present substances. At the same time, the described mode can be combined, in case of need, with a mode of action of electric tensions, electric current, agitating, vibration, ultrasound, and other energy fields etc. on interphase interface of the electrode surface.</p> |
