PURPOSE: A jade mat containing jade in a mat cover is provided to improve the health of a user by directly irradiating far infrared rays to the body of the user, and to achieve an acupressure effect of jade beads. CONSTITUTION: The jade mat(100) is comprised of a mat base(20) having an electric heating device and connected with a temperature controller(30), and a mat cover(10) wrapping the mat base and containing jade bags(12) arranged at regular distances. Each jade bag receives a plurality of jade beads in a movable condition, and the surface of the bag is made of a net fabric(13).
