PURPOSE: To prevent damage of an output terminal bolt by reducing shearing stress applied to the output terminal bolt of an AC generator for a vehicle, and improve connection reliability of a vehicle side connection terminal by preventing a locknut from loosening. CONSTITUTION: A metal bush 43 is installed which consists of a bushing part 43a fitted movably to the output terminal bolt 26, and a fixing part 43b which is fixed to the output terminal bolt 26, on a connection terminal 42 side on the opposite vehicle side of the bushing part 43a. The locknut 44 is screwed into a screw 26b of a leading-out end portion side of the output terminal bolt 26, in such a manner that the vehicle side connection terminal 42 is clamped between the bushing part 43a and the locknut 44.
