PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a malfunction resulting from the displacement of a sleeve position near a geared neutral with a single change gear ratio control valve. SOLUTION: A line pressure is fed into a first relief pressure port 232 of a change gear ratio control valve 230 when forwarding near the geared neutral and the line pressure is fed into a second relief valve 233 when reversing near the geared neutral. Even when a sleeve 236 is displaced, the pressure differentialΔP between the hydraulic PH for speeding up output from a speeding up pressure port 235 and the hydraulic PL for decelerating is fixed, the output rotation would not be reversed, and the malfunction that it reverses when forward starting at D range or forwards when reverse starting at R range is securely solved.
