PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel facility body capable of reducing driver's deceleration operation when advancing into a tunnel. SOLUTION: A decorative plate 11 having substantially same cross section as a cross section of a space part 4 of the tunnel 1 is provided. The decorative plate 11 is installed apart from an entrance end face 5 of a tunnel frame body 3. The entrance end face 5 of the tunnel frame body 3 is made well-lighted from one side face 12 of the decorative plate 11 on the rear surface side of a face opposing to the entrance end face 5 of the tunnel frame body 3. A driver of a vehicle advancing toward an entrance of the tunnel 1 can see the entrance end face 5 of the tunnel frame body 3 well from the inside of the tunnel 1 and one side face 12 of the decorative plate 11. Consequently, the black hole phenomenon seen by the driver of the vehicle advancing toward the entrance of the tunnel 1 can be reduced, and driver's deceleration operation when advancing into the tunnel 1 can be reduced.
