PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil support structure of a heat exchanger wherein the structure can be assembled with ease as the heat exchanger by changing a mechanism of supporting a heat exchange coil, and the heat exchanger can be manufactured in a short time and with the low cost, and further the heat exchange is effectively achieved by supporting the coil in proper. SOLUTION: For a heat exchange coil 1 composed of a U bend section and a straight pipe section, two coil support frames 2, where a plurality of parallel protrusions 2a are integrally formed at a predetermined interval and are oppositely disposed, and the U bend section of the coil 1 is positioned between the protrusions 2a of both coil support frames 2 to support the coil 1 between the coil support frames 2 and hence bring the coil 1 into a heat exchangeable state. As a result, the coil 1 can be supported with the two coil support frames 2 to ensure shortening of manufacture/assembling time and reduction of the cost following the reduction of the number of parts. Further, the coil 1 is mounted/demounted with respect to the coil support frames 2 with ease to sharply improve assembling/decomposition working efficiency of the heat exchanger. |
