PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation apparatus capable of easily understandably and accurately guiding an exist from a roundabout for a user. SOLUTION: The navigation apparatus extracts the number of roads to be passed up to the exist of the roundabout RA from a map DB when a present position of an own vehicle approaches to a position A of the roundabout RA, sets its value to a counter, subtracts the value (the number of the roads) of the counter at each time of passing the road to be passed by the own vehicle when the present position of the own vehicle is located at a position B to a position E in the roundabout, sets to update the value in the counter, and informs a driver of the number of the roads to be passes until the own vehicle arrives at the exit of the roundabout RA or a direction of the exist to advance based on the value of the counter. |
