摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a compressed rubber layer by integrally laminating a plurality of unvulcanized rubber sheets molded of an ethylene-αolefin elastomer composition containing sort fibers. SOLUTION: An unvulcanized rubber sheet 3 molded of the ethylene-αolefin elastomer composition containing the short fibers is made to stick to a retainer sheet 1 through an unvulcanized adhesive rubber layer 2 not containing the short fibers. Next, the unvulcanized rubber sheet 3 sticking to the adhesive rubber layer 2 is heated and another unvulcanized rubber sheet 3 molded of the ethylene-αolefin elastomer composition containing the short is superposed on the surface of the unvulcanized rubber sheet 3 and contact-bonded. After that, an unvulcanized compressed rubber layer 4 composed of a plurality of the unvulcanized rubber sheets 3 laminated consisting of the ethylene-αolefin elastomer composition containing the short fibers, is manufactured by repeating the heating/contact-bonding operation.
