PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-peel packaging bag whose manufacturing cost is not raised and can be easily unsealed from a non-sealed piece when unsealing the packaging bag. SOLUTION: The easy-to-peel packaging bag 2 comprises an easy-to-peel packaging material 1 including an easy-to-peel sealant layer 20 laminated on a rear face of a base material 10 and has the non-sealed piece 42a at an external end of a peeled portion 40a in a sealed portion 40 where surfaces of the sealant layers 20 are sealed with each other. The sealant layer 20 comprises two layers formed by coextrusion of a laminated layer and a sealed layer, wherein the laminated layer comprises a resin mainly containing a high density polyethylene with a density of 0.94 g/cm2 or more, and the sealed layer comprises a resin with such a resin that causes cohesive failures added in a low density polyethylene, while a ratio of their thicknesses is 50 to 80%.
