PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new girdles, capable of tightening fat around the abdomen, underbelly and the waist and the fat around the left and right of the buttocks individually in a good shape, extending spine and giving stimulation to the fat around the abdomen attached by stooping, for tightening and for enjoying dandyism. SOLUTION: This girdle is provided by sewing a buttock central part cloth (2) having a T-shape and separating buttocks to left and right with an abdominal part cloth (1) so as to pull each other by using an elastic cloth, etc., also sewing a waist part cloth (5) with an underbelly part cloth (4) so as to pull each other and sewing the buttock central part cloth (2) with the underbelly part cloth (4) by putting a crotch part cloth (3) as the central position so that the fat is tightened, the spine is extended and the stimulation is given to the fat at the abdomen attached by stooping for tightening by synchronous movements of the total parts pulling each other.
