PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment composition having high coloring power when used as an ink or a paint, giving a uniform coating film without cissing and excellent in coloring power when paint on a substrate mixed with a resin for ink or a resin for paint. SOLUTION: This pigment composition contains a phthalocyanine-based pigment or a condensed polycyclic-based pigment (A) and an inorganic strontium compound (B), and this aqueous resin composition contains a film-forming resin (C) and water in addition to (A) and (B).
