PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet recording head capable of stably discharging ink with substantially uniform liquid amount in a prescribed direction anytime, and its recorder. SOLUTION: In the ink-jet recording head, at least a periclinal part of ink discharge holes 14 and 20 is equipped with a film made of hardened paint including a fluorocarbon resin having radical-polymerizable unsaturated bond through a urethane resin, a graft copolymer of a specific polysiloxane and a specific radical polymerizable monomer, and a hardening agent.
