PURPOSE: A slot machine control system is provided to enable a user to produce various kinds of game situations by using two pairs of reels, thus maximizing an interest of a game. CONSTITUTION: The slot machine control system consists of a pair of front first reels, a pair of lower second reels, a cycle LED(48), a display(46) displaying the number of input coins, the number of left coins, and the number of batting chance, a plurality of lamps(70,71,72), a plurality of setting keys(41,42,43), a key matrix(40), a display driving part(38), a cycle LED driving part(36), a lamp driving part(64), a plurality of reel motors(51,52,53,54,55,56), a first zero point detecting part(32) for controlling the positioning of the reel motors, a plurality of gift discharge motors(66,67,68,69), a second zero point detecting part(60) for controlling the operation of the gift discharge motors, an input coin detector(28), a coin calculator(26), a coin return device driving part(24), a sound processor(22), a system setting part(20), a control part(10), a ROM(14) and a RAM(16), a battery(18), a clock generator(17), a reset part(19), a latch and decoder(12), and a power source(30).
