PURPOSE: A flat CRT is provided to shield space between a tension mask assembly and an inner shield. CONSTITUTION: A flat CRT comprises a tension mask assembly, an inner shield, and a shielding unit(40). The tension mask assembly includes support members(32) for supporting the tension mask(31) at both sides, and rigidity members(33) fixed to the support members(32). The inner shield(40) includes a main body(310) having apertures, a flange(320) formed at lower portion of the main body(310) and fixed to the tension mask assembly. The shielding unit(40) shields space between the tension mask assembly and the inner shield.
