PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at miniaturization and production cost reduction, eliminating the seal to prevent a leakage of liquid to outside. SOLUTION: The intermediate tube 22 and the intermediate block 24 are installed inside the outer metal shell piece 16, and the space sectioned between the intermediate block 24 and the elastomer 28 forms the main liquid room 30. The connect hole 38 penetrating the intermediate block 24 is formed and the end part of the connect hole 38 is opened to the 2nd sub liquid room 40. The 2nd diaphragm 42 is provided as the bulkhead of the 2nd sub liquid room 40 and the solenoid 70 is installed to the outside of bracket 12 which covers the outer metal shell piece 16. This touching plate 36 is provided adjacent to the 2nd diaphragm 42 and connects to the upper end of the plunger 70A protruding from the solenoid 70. The spring 78 is arranged between this touching plate 36 and the case 72. |
