PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially eliminate irregularity in light. SOLUTION: In the light guide plate in which the light introduced through a light introducing part 1 is reflected on discreet recesses 4 in many lines formed on a reflecting face 3 to exit through a light exiting face, the pitch B between the lines is controlled to be almost inversely proportional to (0.02 to 0.1)×A2 with respect to the distance A from the light introducing part.
