PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which selectivity of hydrogen peroxide is remarkably improved in case where a conversion rate and a high space yield of a carbonyl compound are completely improved as far as possible in the ammoxidation of a carbonyl compound which is large or has many stereochemical requirements. SOLUTION: In a method for producing an oxime by reacting a carbonyl compound with hydrogen peroxide and ammonia in a liquid phase in the presence of a heterogeneous catalyst constituted of titanium, silicon and oxygen as a base, an ammonium salt or a substituted ammonium salt expressed by general formula [R1R2R3R4]N+X- [wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 independently express each H, a 1-20C non-branched or branched aliphatic alkyl, a 3-12C alicyclic or a 6-12C aromatic group; X- expresses an anion] is present in a homogeneously dissolved state in the reaction system in this method for producing the oxime.
