PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for adjusting position of a molded-in member by which even several kinds of concrete cross ties and concrete slabs in which setting position of the molded-in member is different can be manufactured in one form by arbitrarily setting the setting position of the molded-in member. SOLUTION: In the apparatus A for adjusting the position of the molded-in member 4 to be supported on the bottom part, etc., 2 of the form 1, this adjusting apparatus A supports the molded-in member 4 on a seat plate 3 and the seat plate 3 is hooked in a receiving part 5 which is larger by a necessary adjusting range than this and is formed on the bottom part, etc., 2 of the form 1 to be able to arbitrarily select the setting position of the seat plate 3 in the receiving part 5 within the adjusting range and a gap generated between the seat plate 3 whose position is set and the receiving part 5 is blocked by means of a blocking plate 6.
