SOLUTION: The leakage of toner is prevented by hermetically enclosing the toner by a toner seal sponge so as to stop the toner from spreading to the outside along a blade edge with the rocking movement of a cleaner blade along the shaft of a photoreceptor drum in the case of recovering residual toner on the photoreceptor drum by the cleaner blade.
