SOLUTION: A guide plate 7 formed that a fin 4 is cut for rising is situated in a position surrounded by the heating pipe 5 and in a manner that the guide plate is brought into an angle of 45 deg. of the guide plate with a plane containing the central line of the heating pipe 5.
