PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable polyester resin composition and film thereof having excellent properties of molding processability, such as T-die extrusion molding or inflation molding, and film tearing resistance. SOLUTION: The biodegradable polyester resin composition consisting of a polycondensed polyester, a high molecular weight polycaprolactone having melt viscosity of 10,000 to 50,000 poise, and a low molecular weight polycaprolactone having melt viscosity of 1,000 to 3,000 poise.
