DAMPING RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a damping resin composition having a high rigidity and excellent damping properties without causing warpage during molding of a large-sized molded product such as a conventional damping resin composition for engines and a structural damping resin molded product. SOLUTION: This damping resin composition is characterized in that the resin composition comprises (a) a damping resin composed of a radically polymerizable compound containing an acryloyl group or a methacryloyl group and a butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer in the molecule and a radical- polymerizable unsaturated monomer and (b) an unasturated polyester resin composed of an unsaturated polyester and a radical-polymerizable unsaturated monomer and has the weight ratio (a)/(b) thereof within the range of (100/0) to (30/70). The structural damping resin molded product is characterized by molding the damping resin composition into a desired shape.
