SOLUTION: At least one of the front and rear erection members of an upper frame 10 is formed by a connection shaft 12 which connects between at least one part of the upper edges of a front link and a rear link, and a corresponding edge part of a spring member 16 is fixed to the connection shaft 12 through a retainer 17 that can rotate. In addition, a large diameter part 12a is formed on the connection shaft 12 to prevent a retainer 17 from generating displacement.
