PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure for a vehicle door, which makes it possible to secure a waterproof performance while reducing assembling operation man-hours and material costs. SOLUTION: A vehicle door 10 comprises an inner panel 20 and an outer panel 30 assembled together, and auxiliary equipment mounted on the vehicle door. A plurality of work openings 40 are provided on the inner panel, the work openings comprising a work hole for mounting each auxiliary equipment on the vehicle door 10, wherein the work openings 40 are subjected to a barring process so that the opening edge 42 of the opening edge rim 41 forms a projected part 43 projecting toward the outer panel 30. When water, such as rain drops, soaks into a space 44 between the inner panel 20 and the outer panel 30, the projected part 43 changes the falling course of the water, making the water drop below the vehicle door 10 without intruding into the interior side through the work opening 40.
