PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof and wiring structure, and a manufacturing method for the wiring structure, by which assembling operation man-hours are reduced and waterproof performance is secured. SOLUTION: The vehicle door 10 has an inner panel 20 and an outer panel 29 assembled together, and individual auxiliary equipment mounted on the vehicle door. The inner panel 20 is provided with work openings 21a to 21c for mounting individual auxiliary equipment and the like on the vehicle door 10, wherein the work openings 21a to 21c are blocked by a base film 32 for FPC(Fixable Printed Circuit) harnesses 30 formed by wiring circuits 31 each electrically connected to individual auxiliary equipment and the like.
