PURPOSE: A wireless communication device, a communication method therefor, and a wireless communication system applying the same are provided to easily confirm whether the transmission of data succeeds. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting and receiving unit(11) transmits and receives data with an external device. A buffer(15) has a flag(15a) for temporarily storing transmitting data and indicating whether the data exist. A controller(17) transmits data to a wireless communication device through the transmitting and receiving unit(11), checks the flag(15a) of the buffer(15), and recognizes that the transmitted data are transmitted to the wireless communication device when confirming that the data do not exist in the buffer(15).
