PURPOSE:To prevent the strength decrease of an eye part and omit collar insertion process by setting fiber material arranged between the collars in the mold together with the collars and one-piece molding by resin pouring after vacuum evacuation. CONSTITUTION:The front eye collar 4 and the rearl eye collar 6 are fixed around the axes 19, 20 being made possible to rotate and fiber material 7 is wound around those by rotation of the filament winding apparatus 17 around its axis 18. Reinforcing fiber material is inserted around the body eye parts like U shape 8, 9 and fiber material is also inserted to form the tapering part of the leaf spring, then the whole is set in a lower mold 12. Fiber material 7 is pulled by the tensioning device 13, 14 and the upper mold 11 is lowered and clamped maintaining the tensile state of fiber. After air in the mold is evacuated from the vacuum extraction gate 15, molding resin is poured through the resin injection gate 16, heated, molded and hardened. |
