PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper pulling device for a rotary press with the simple structure capable of preventing the generation of dirt by a Wallis roller at a part of a paper easy to attract attention in the paper for a two-page spread, the front page or the bottom page. SOLUTION: This paper pulling device has a separating means 2 for separating the predetermined one paper Ps among several papers P printed by a printing unit from a traveling route of other papers P at a position just this side of a paper pulling part 10 provided in the upstream side to guide it to other traveling route separately from other papers P, an auxiliary paper pulling part 30 having a drag roller 31 and two Wallis rollers 32 for abutting on the predetermined paper Ps at the only both ends thereof and for pulling the predetermined paper Ps at the same speed with other papers P to feed the predetermined paper Ps to a former 4 of a folding part, and a downstream side paper pulling part 20 for pulling the predetermined paper Ps fed from the auxiliary paper pulling part 30 in the condition that the predetermined paper Ps and other paper P fed from the upstream side paper pulling part 10 are overlapped with each other and for feeding the overlapped papers P and Ps to the former 4. |
