PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled material of a top plate having a light weight and a high holding strength of an attaching means such as a screw or the like for attaching a leg material or the like. SOLUTION: The spent top plate is comminuted by a comminutor to a top plate comminuted material. A core material having a predetermined strength capable of holding the attaching means for attaching the leg member or the like is arranged at a suitable position of a mold. A mixture obtained by adding an adhesive to the top plate comminuted material and substantially homogeneously mixing the entirety, is thrown in the mold, pressurized, heated and molded.
