PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-constructing anchor allowing construction from one side for construction on a wall body arranged in a building even if the wall body back face space is narrow. SOLUTION: This anchor is constructed of an anchor shank 10 and a nut plate 13, and an internal thread 14 is formed in the center of the nut plate 13, while a pilot pin 15 is fixed in the circumferential edge part of the nut plate 13 toward the anchor shank mounting direction. In the wall body 20 for constructing the anchor, a first hole 23 allowing insertion of the nut plate 13 and a second hole 24 allowing insertion of the anchor shank 10 are bored. When the nut plate 13 inserted from the first hole 23 reaches the back face side of the wall body 20, the nut plate 13 is shifted to match the inner thread to the second hole 24. From the outside of the wall face 20, the anchor shank 10 is inserted into the second hole 24 to be screwed around the inner thread 14 in the nut plate 13.
