PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the flow-out of high-temperature hot water to a bathtub side as it is even when reheating is used immediately after the high-temperature hot water is supplied in a water heater having a water heating-cum-reheating-of- bathtub-water single-can two-water channel heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A water heater with a reheating function of bathtub water comprises a reheating bypass circuit 7 branched from a downstream side of the heat exchanger 3 from a reheating circuit 2 of the bathtub water and connected to the reheating circuit 2 at a further downstream side from the branching point. Thus, even when the reheating of the bathtub water is used immediately after the high-temperature hot water is supplied, the hot water heated to a high temperature in the circuit 2 in the exchanger 3 is mixed with a low- temperature hot water in the bypass circuit 7. Thus, the high-temperature hot water does not flow out to the bathtub side but safety and handleability are improved.
