PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryogenic liquefied gas vaporizer capable of effectively removing mist referred to as white plume generated through heat exchange with cryogenic liquefied gas, and having excellent heat exchanging efficiency. SOLUTION: A lower end part of a heat exchanger 2 of the cryogenic liquefied gas vaporizer 1 and a lower part of the lower end part are covered with an installable and removable covering wall 3, and a suction fan device 4 having an exhaust duct 43 for sucking the mist staying inside the covering wall 3 and diffusing the sucked mist in the direction away from the heat exchanger 2, i.e., obliquely upwardly is disposed in the vicinity of the outside of the covering wall 3.
