PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the manual handling of a resin sheet while being conveyed, to reduce operation costs, to control the installation area of an apparatus, to make positioning during trimming correct, and to prevent the lowering of throughput. SOLUTION: A trimming device 31 which is arranged movably in the conveyance direction of a resin sheet 23 downstream from a molding apparatus and trims a molding 20, and a conveyer for conveying the trimmed molding, are provided. The trimming device 31 is slid along a guide member 35 extended to a position above the conveyer and has a molding holding apparatus 2 which holds the trimmed molding 20 to transfer it onto the conveyer, and the distance between the molding apparatus and the trimming device 31 can be adjusted.
