PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both an adhesive which can form an adhesive layer having excellent adhesiveness capable of satisfying initial adhesiveness and peelability with time after outdoor exposure and high-temperature preservation, having excellent peelability after outdoor exposure and high-temperature preservation and excellent stress relaxation characteristics and an adhesive sheet obtained by forming the adhesive layer composed of the adhesive on at least one side of a substrate. SOLUTION: This adhesive is characterized in that the adhesive comprises (A) a propylene-based copolymer composed of propylene, a 4-12Cα-olefin and ethylene as copolymerization components and (B) at least one or more kinds of resins selected from an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a hydrogenated substance of a crystalline olefin block-containing C-B-C type thermoplastic elastomer, a homopolypropylene, an ethylene/α-olefin binary copolymer, a propylene/α-olefin binary copolymer, a low-density polyethylene, a high-density polyethylene and a linear low-density polyethylene.
