PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain polyamide fibrous particles having a narrow fiber diameter distribution, specific particle diameter and high degree of crystallization and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The polyamide fibrous particles comprise fibrous particles having 0.01-17μm average particle diameter. This method for producing the polyamide fibrous particles is characterized in that a solution (A) composed of a polyamide and an aromatic alcohol is mixed with a nonsolvent (B) for the polyamide and water (C) while applying an ultrasonic vibration to form an temporarily uniform solution and the polymer is precipitated to give the fibrous particles.
