PURPOSE:To obtain the unified products without the shift of a film position and wrinkles efficiently by positioning film that is cut into a specified shape in an injection space with the film tightly maintained, and molding the film and melted resin as a unitary body. CONSTITUTION:Movable molds 2 and 3 are opened, and the long film 12 is introduced into the gap between the bottom surfaces of film pushing pieces 10 and 10a and the movable mold 2. The movable mold 3 is lifted, the film 12 is tightened by a rod cutter 8 and a protruded rod 6, and the film is cut. With the cut film 12a being held by the rod shaped cutter 8 and the protruded rod 6, the movable molds 2 and 3 are lifted, and the film 12a is positioned in the injecting space 13. The melted resin is injected to the injecting space 13 from a resin introducing path 14. After the resin has been cooled, the movable molds 2 and 3 are opened, and the injection molded product wherein the film is unified is obtained. |
