The machine has a rotary piston in a closed rotary piston annular path. A dynastart system (3) and a rotary piston internal combustion engine (4) are mounted on a base plate (1) with a common working shaft (14) connecting a propeller (2), dynastart system, engine, cam discs (5,5'), working piston, engine housing, blocking disc, valve blocking disc, cam roller (6), pendulum plate (15) and coupling disc (12). All movable power parts have smooth ground partly contactless sliding surfaces. Static sliding surfaces have sprung sealing rings and strips.
