PURPOSE: An apparatus of fixing an electric cable for an electric rail car is provided to prevent a spark phenomenon between a fixing panel and the electric cable by improving a fixing structure of the electric cable for supplying electric power to an electric rail car. CONSTITUTION: A fixing panel(1) is fixed at an upper side of a fixing apparatus. A hanger panel(2) is fixed at a lower side of the fixing panel by using a bolt(12) and a nut(13). An elliptic hole(1a) is formed at the fixing panel(1) in order to control a position of the hanger panel(2). A slant hole(2a) is formed at a center of the hanger panel(2). A vertical support bar(3) has a slant side(4). The vertical support bar(3) is fixed by using a shaft tube(7a) of a fixing metallic section(7) and a fixing pin(6). An insulator(5) is inserted between the shaft tube(7a) and the hanger panel(2). A cover plate(8) is fixed at a lower side of the fixing metallic section(7) in order to include an electric cable(11). The cover plate(8) is fixed by using a bolt(9) and a nut(10).
