PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a dielectric ceramic, having a large dielectric constant even in case of pulverizing crystal grain, a good DC bias characteristic and a good temperature characteristic of the dielectric constant, and to provide a laminated ceramic capacitor using the dielectric ceramic. SOLUTION: Grain growth control grains made up of at least one kind among MgO, Y2O3, Er2O3 and Tb2O3 exist in grain boundary of perovskite crystal grains with means diameter of 0.3-1 μm and containing at least Ba, Ti and Zr as metal ingredients. It is preferable that the perovskite crystal grain is represented by a composition formula in mole ratio of Ba(Ti1-xZrx)O3 (wherein x is 0.05-0.3). |
