PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing granules of bamboo vinegar free from harmful substances such as benzopyrene and containing the active components, etc., of the leaves of aloe and loquat without losing the effective components of bamboo vinegar liquid, and provide the bamboo vinegar granules produced thereby and a medical adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: The method for producing the bamboo vinegar granules comprises a liquid bamboo vinegar recovering step to heat a bamboo in a heating furnace at 200-350 deg.C, an addition step to add 0.05-5 pts.wt. of concentrated mineral liquid and an aqueous solution produced by extracting the leaves of aloe and loquat with the bamboo vinegar and adding water to the obtained vegetable extract to 100 pts.wt. of the liquid bamboo vinegar obtained by the recovering step, a mixing step to mix 100 pts.wt. of one or more granulation agents selected from cyclodextrin, maltose and dextrin with 20-100 pts.wt. of the aqueous solution of bamboo vinegar obtained by the addition step, a drying step to pulverize the bamboo vinegar mixture obtained by the mixing step by spray drying, or the like, and a granulation step to granulate the powder produced by the drying step with a granulator. |
