CORROSION PROTECTION DEVICE FOR STEEL-MADE EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion protecting device composed of a sacrificial anode for steel-made equipment quickly disposing with minimal manhour with a close contact near the root of the steel-made equipment installed, on various planes and sufficiently exhibiting the function of the sacrificial anode. SOLUTION: The corrosion protecting device 10 for the steel-made equipment is composed of aluminum or its alloy and is fixed on the installation plane 4 of a barrier curb 2 and attached to the whole periphery of the part near the root of a support (the equipment) 6 located on the installation plane 4 and functions as a sacrificial anode. This device has a circular ring-shaped main body 12a, 12b surrounding the whole periphery of the part close to the root of the support 6, and also conductive driftpins (fillers) 18 are inserted between the inner peripheral surface 13 of the main body 12a, 12b and the outer peripheral surface of the support 6.
