PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch to be heated in a microwave oven wherein a manufacturing cost including a peelable material or the like is not raised, additional manufacturing management for peelability or the like is not necessary, and an opening for discharging steam can be reliably formed without need of a tool such as scissors. SOLUTION: Two front and rear side face sheets 10 of a composite film whose innermost layer is made of a sealant layer are brought into contact with each other on their sealant layers. Side rim seals 12 and an upper rim seal 16 are formed on both side rims and an upper rim. The sealant layers on a lower rim are sealed with each other or a bottom face sheet 18 having approximately the same structure as that of the side face sheet is sealed with the sealant layer to provide a bottom rim seal, thereby constituting the pouch 1 to be heated in a microwave oven. A steam discharging notch V1 and a contents take-out notch V2, a narrow steam discharging opening forming portion comprising a half cut groove 16a extending from tips of the notches and a wide contents take-out opening forming portion are provided in the vicinity of the upper rim of the side face sheets 10. |
